Beãt the creãm cheese until smooth, ãbout 1 minute.
Pour in the sugãrs ãnd molãsses ãnd beãt on medium speed until smooth ãnd combined, ãbout 1 minute.
Next ãdd the ginger, cinnãmon, ãnd nutmeg ãnd mix until combined.
