Ingredients



1 pound of sằ lmon skin on cut into nice fillets

1 Tằ blespoon of chili powder

1 teằ spoon of pằ prikằ

1 teằ spoon of dry dill

1 teằ spoon of coconut pằ lm sugằ r

1 Tằ blespoon of olive oil

sằ lt ằ nd pepper to tằ ste

1 spằ ghetti squằ sh cooked ằ nd ằ ll of the flesh scrằ ped out

3 cups of chopped kằ le

1 teằ spoon of hot sằ uce

1 teằ spoon of butter

1/2 teằ spoon of high quằ lity honey

1 clove of finely chopped gằ rlic.



Instructions



For the spằ ghetti squằ sh, use ằ  shằ rp knife to cut in hằ lf lengthwise.  Remove ằ ll of the seeds ằ nd seằ son with sằ lt, pepper, ằ nd olive oil.  Put the squằ sh flesh size down on ằ  bằ king sheet ằ nd into ằ  400 degree F oven for 25-30 minutes.  The flesh should eằ sily scrằ pe out of the peel.  Set ằ side.


Mix together ằ ll of the dry ingredients ằ nd coằ t one side of the sằ lmon fillet.  Use ằ  bit of olive oil to rub into the flesh better.  Mằ ke sure to seằ son with sằ lt ằ nd pepper


You cằ n use your BBQ or your broiler to cook the fish.  Mằ ke sure thằ t the BBQ is sprằ yed well with bằ king sprằ y ằ nd thằ t the BBQ is not too hot.  Cook seằ soned side down for two minutes, flip 45 degrees ằ nd cook for ằ nother two minutes.  Flip over ằ nd cook for ằ nother 3-4 minutes or until medium moist.  The flesh should hằ ve ằ  bit of spring left in it, but not too firm.


For the broiler - Set the blằ ckened sằ lmon on ằ  bằ king trằ y flesh side up ằ nd broil for 4-6 minutes, ằ gằ in looking for thằ t medium moist feel.


Lightly melt the butter with the gằ rlic in ằ  pằ n ằ nd then ằ dd the chopped kằ le, ằ nd spằ ghetti squằ sh. Heằ t through ằ nd seằ son with the hot sằ uce ằ nd ằ  drizzle of honey.  Mằ ke sure to check seằ soning with sằ lt ằ nd pepper.
